Role Introduction
Reports to: Head of Marketing Communications
Cargo Assistant Marketing Manager plays an important role in helping Cathay Pacific Cargo to build brand awareness, drive brand consideration, increase customer loyalty and deliver revenue globally.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing global B2B marketing strategy, including both offline and online advertising, product marketing, brand positioning and promotion plans
- Work closely with agency and inhouse resources to develop and execute marketing campaigns, loyalty programs /engagement, Cargo Clan and various internal and external communication channels
- Facilitate regional teams in enhancing brand awareness by rolling out both global led and locally adapted communications
- Organize corporate events and engagement to widen and deepen our relationship with global and local forwarders and shippers
- Ensure the Cargo team is always up-to-date on all product, service, operations and results information and training
- Support in developing marketing plans and collateral for industry events and tradeshows, development of promotional and pricing materials to drive business and generate revenue
- Deploy SEO, search marketing to drive leads and enable direct online bookings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous marketing experience in air cargo, transportation, logistics or other B2B marketing is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across and outside the organization at all levels
- Strong implementation capabilities and performance driven mindset
- Ability to work in agile manner, possess can-do spirit
- Good command of English and Chinese
