This role is responsible for the overall eCommerce fulfilment operations, logistics processes, after sales operations and customer experience to drive retail revenue for Cathay Pacific Group.

This role is responsible for the overall eCommerce fulfilment operations, logistics processes, after sales operations and customer experience to drive retail revenue for Cathay Pacific Group.
Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies and business development initiatives to improve end-to-end fulfillment process
- Responsible for daily eCommerce fulfillment operations, including order processing, goods receiving, packaging, the dispatch process, custom clearance, goods return, inventory management and system management
- Review the fulfillment operational processes, performance metrics and costs
- Responsible for operational analytics and reporting
- Monitor the performance of delivery partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Set up KPIs, conduct performance review with logistic company
- Review the customer satisfaction survey and identify the areas of improvement
- Participate in eCommerce platform system enhancements and implementation
- Manage year-end Cathay Pacific merchandise sales operation
- Oversee the development and operation of internal staff sale channels

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 5 years of experience in retail and eCommerce
- Familiar with eCommerce logistics processes and international logistics operation
- Experience of managing and leading a team to manage eCommerce fulfillment process
- Good commercial acumen and strong customer-oriented mindset
- Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving and scheduling abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Familiar with eCommerce logistics processes and international logistics operation
- Experience of managing and leading a team to manage eCommerce fulfillment process
- Good commercial acumen and strong customer-oriented mindset
