Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle complaints, customer enquiries and compile monthly analysis report for improving group performance. He/ She will also formulate strategies and conduct negotiations for settlement of difficult/ massive complaints, serious disputes and claims, including dealing with external parties such as government authorities, pressure groups, media, etc.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Arts, Communications, or equivalent
- 6 years’ experience in Public Relations with minimum 2 years in supervisory role in sizeable companies
- Experience in property developers would be an advantage
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Mature, positive and proactive in character
