Role Introduction
To develop and expand the member base through effective recruitment plans and strategies as well as to manage the marketing communication and public relations materials via applicable channels to the respective audience.
Responsibilities
- Market development and recruitment of new members
Develop and execute Asia Miles member recruitment and event plan and calendar
Provide effective support and work closely with Asia Miles partners, the local team, and head office to drive recruitment initiatives
Prepare member recruitment budgets and provide periodic progress reports as required for each recruitment event or project
Produce detailed proposals for member recruitment initiatives (e.g. timelines, venues, partner collaboration, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Coordinate appointments and visits to approve recruitment venues, negotiate contracts, and scheduling of events as per the agreed calendar
Conduct research, visit locations, and find resources to identify member recruitment opportunities
Liaise with local and head office colleagues to promote the recruitment event appropriately
Proactively conduct post-event evaluation (including data and analysis)
Monitor and record recruitment finances and reporting
Support on other member recruitment related projects as required
- Marketing Communication and Public Relations
Strategically plan, operate, and quality control the Taiwan Facebook page including but not limited to channel slot booking, content oversight, campaign planning and execution, coordination with internal and external parties, and manage and supervise local digital agency
Launch viable new communication channels as appropriate
Coordinate and execute digital brand and marketing campaigns
Coordinate with head office to ensure Asia Miles branded content and campaigns are aligned with the overall brand image
Support, copy write and localise member communications material development on digital and mobile channels including the Asia Miles website and other interactive communications
Actively engage customers and influencers within the social media channels, as well as interacting with internal and external online communities
Organise events including press conferences, exhibitions, social community/media gatherings, and other activities that Asia Miles supports in order to gain public attention without advertising directly
Plan and budget merchandise orders
Any other reasonable task as requested

Requirements
- Nationality
Taiwan resident.
- Academic qualifications
University degree with a major in Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Communications or a closely related discipline is an advantage
- Knowledge, skills, training and experience
A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the field of sales, business development, partnership or marketing
Experience of employment in hospitality, transportation or retail sectors is an advantage
Demonstrable history in achieving targets with a sales orientated approach
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and the local language
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management or database marketing is an advantage
Good computer literacy with a working knowledge in MS Office applications
