Payment Platform Specialist

Role Introduction

Reports to: Assistant Manager Payment Platform
The job holder will act as the Payment platform expert to provide functional support, driving the delivery and support of the payment related application.
Responsibilities
- Act as platform expert for payment related application (CPP/OPE/MCE) and provide functional support for the business
- Thorough understanding of the platform capabilities / limitation and propose solutions to the business
- Engage different stakeholders to understand and define business requirements
- Work with IT on user requirement including acceptance criteria and test cases
- Conduct UAT including raising defects and following up with developer to ensure defects are fixed and provide business support during cutover
- Responsible for incident investigation and follow up with IT to ensure a proper fix is in place and communicate to stakeholder accordingly
- Communicate and provide training / guidance to stakeholder for new functionalities
- Day to day operational support on payment related issues
- Prepare and analyze payment performance for platform optimization and fraud adjustment
Requirements
- A degree holder in Information Technology, Finance, Business or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in airline or travel industry
- Strong understanding in CX payment touchpoints e.g. Internet booking engine, Mobile, Call center etc is preferred
- Hands on experience in Ecommerce payment process or payment fraud area will be an advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
- A highly motivated and innovative team player with excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational and problem-solving skill
- A fast learner with strong analytical skills and able to adapt to changes
