(Senior) Business Development Executive

- Locate new clients & follow up sales lead
- Assist to execute inhouse marketing plan
- Manage clients’ Marketing & advertising projects
Responsibilities
- Locate new business opportunities as potential digital marketing products both independently and under the guidance of team leader;
- Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new clients for selling online marketing advertising solutions (e.g. WeChat/China Advertising/China KOLs,etc);
- Follow up sales Leads, prepare sales pitch and agreements with marketing team;
- Maintain good relationships with clients, regular review and up-selling various advertising solutions to enhance their advertising performance/effect;
- Execute inhouse media investment plan by working closely with Marketing Director to enhance the market impact of Our Company;
- Manage clients’ projects, including defining deliverables, schedule and setting milestones, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, expectation management, launch, KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Sales or Marketing / Advertising / PR experience;
- Online-media savvy is a big advantage;
- Knowledge in China media (social media, KOLs, Tencent, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video platform, etc), but not a must;
- Creative, Dynamic, embracing changes personally;
- Good communication skills in both English & Chinese;
- Immediate availability is preferred;
- Candidate with higher qualification and relevant working experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive / Assistant Business Development Manager.
