Role Introduction
Reports to: Assistant Manager, Retail & eCommerce
This role is responsible for the daily operations of eCommerce operations, fulfillment and year-end Cathay Pacific merchandise sales operations.
Responsibilities
- eCommerce and fulfillment operations
 handle daily fulfillment operations, including order processing, goods receiving, packaging, the dispatch process, custom clearance, goods return and inventory management
 follow up with logistics company and partners to ensure on-time delivery
 handle after sales cases, return & refund cases
 manage goods returned by customers and arrange online staff sale activities
 check the delivery status of home delivery orders for invoice payment
 prepare reports and data analyses for management review
 monitor the performance of logistic company
 assist in eCommerce platform system development and implementation
- Year-end Cathay Pacific merchandise sales operation
 support the sales operations of year-end Cathay Pacific merchandise on all sales channels
 manager the order, distribution and sales operations of year-end Cathay Pacific products on all sales channels
 issue Purchase Order (PO) and Stock Transport Order (STO) for internal order and distribution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 3 years of experience in retail and eCommerce
- Solid experience in managing daily eCommerce fulfillment
- Familiar with eCommerce logistics processes and international logistics operation
- Good commercial acumen and strong customer-oriented mindset
- Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving and scheduling abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical and numerical skills
