Responsibilities
- Works with management team to understand company vision and formulate product(s) strategy, roadmaps and product lifecycles.
- Engage customer to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer and industry direction, and execute strategy.
- Oversees Product Managers, deployment resources and the UI/UX team, responsible for hiring, firing and performance appraisals.
- Leverage experience to identify actual or potential strategic issues and
- develop strategies to mitigate.
- Responsible for creating strong working relationships and influence across leadership, product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and other functional groups to execute product strategy.
- Balances user needs with business goals, questioning and validating assumptions and ensuring budgets are met and ROI is calculated and delivered.
- Maintains a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company and leverages that knowledge to develop strategies for growth.
- Identifying and filling product gaps, determining and documenting feature requirements
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of software, eCommerce, web application or product management
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a software environment.
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Very good communication skills in the Cantonese, English, Mandarin
- languages in order to communicate with management and colleagues
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
- You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
- High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Economic sciences, engineering or technician training with additional training in business administration is a big plus
Salary
HKD 75,000.00 - 80,000.00 Per Month
