Responsibilities
- Support MTN Program update
- Support cash flow management and banking matters for AA and subsidiaries
- Conduct financial assessments and bondsman vetting
- Review payments and settlement instructions
- Support execution and settlement of financing and hedging transactions
- Prepare monthly reporting & variance analysis include hedge accounting
- Prepare audit schedules and notes of accounts related to treasury transactions
- Support upgrade of Treasury Management System
Requirements
- Degree holder in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
- Member of HKICPA, ACCA or other equivalent international accounting associations
- Member of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in statutory organization, sizable multinational corporations or international banks
- Knowledge on corporate finance / funding transactions / treasury operations
- Familiar with accounting standard related to financial instruments and hedge accounting
- Prior experience in using electronic banking system / treasury management system / Oracle Financial System is preferred
- Strong in analytical and financial modeling
