Responsibilities
- A strategic business partner and works closely with key leaders and executive management to ensure HR effectiveness and maintain a positive culture
- Support regional function leader to develop and implement people plan and programs in line with the business plan
- Leading HR initiatives that align with corporate goals and core values
- Collaborates with top management for organizational design, manpower planning, compensation & benefits and employee engagement
- Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective
- Manner Develop staffing and retention strategies to cope with manpower planning
- Reviews and updates company policies regularly to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Formulates staff development to ensure the right skills and capabilities to support operation
- Maintains a highly motivating and engagingculture
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10-15 years relevant experience in the sizeable multinational companies, the service firm experiences is desirable
- Solid HR generalist experience with the mastery of regulations
- Proven track record in prominent involvement in company continuous improvement
- Always take the initiative, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under
- pressure
- Strong project management skills, a good team leader and player
- Experience in technology company is a big plus
- Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin

HKD 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 Per Month
