Role Introduction
To actively support the development of Asia Miles partnerships through understanding and working with potential and existing partners and also directly working with contact window to execute partners’ and Asia Miles’ marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Non Air Partnership Development
 Identify and explore potential new accrual partners to help achieve sales targets
 Maintain familiarity with partners’ marketing campaigns and activities to leverage resources and maximise the exposure opportunity of Asia Miles
 Assist to manage and maintain existing partnerships and conduct regular performance reviews
 Support in devising and executing marketing campaigns that utilise Asia Miles as the reward currency in accordance to the partners’ needs
 Draft, negotiate, and conclude with partners on commercial terms in to maximise mutual benefits as required
 Support to manage and resolve contractual issues with partners
 Employ business analytics and member behaviour insights to increase members’ accrual and redemption activities through Asia Miles partners
 Champion initiatives in assigned focus areas
- Relationship Management
 Establish and maintain a solid working relationship and rapport with internal and external partners
 Work with the Marketing and Communications teams to deliver service to partners as required
 Any other reasonable task as requested
- E&A
 Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Nationality
 Taiwan resident.
- Academic qualifications
 Universal degree of above
 Colleague graduation as a minimum
- Knowledge, skills, training and experience
 A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the field of sales, business development, partnership or marketing
 Experience of employment in hospitality, transportation or retail sectors is an advantage
 Demonstrable history in achieving targets with a sales orientated approach
 Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
 Proven ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
 Good command of spoken and written English and the local language
 Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management or database marketing is an advantage
 Good computer literacy with a working knowledge in MS Office applications
