Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager to oversee full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, system analysis, implementation, deployment, UAT, testing and training as well as participation in all phases of system development life cycle
- Translate conceptual user requirements into system requirements
- Liaise & communicate between stakeholders & various parties for projects
- Collect feedback and manage change requests to ensure the interests of different stakeholders are addressed
- Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users

Requirements
- 5 years’ exp. in quality assurance and testing
- 5 years’ exp. in business knowledge on Procurement & Inventory Management preferred
- Assist project manager to oversee full project life cycle, including requirements & function design gathering, handle user training, UAT test execution and follow-up, regular project meeting; prepare project document works and presentation
- Communicate with different stakeholders, including project manager, end-users, and offshore team
