Role Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual who can execute the commercial strategies for the port by exceeding the revenue targets and commercial Key Performance Indicators by providing excellent customer service and solutions. This position reports directly to the Cargo Manager Belgium.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Cargo Business Plan;
- Generate revenue with the perspective of sales channels, product sales and offline sales development;
- Maintain strong relationships with our agents and proactively conduct regular reviews of account’s performance;
- Develop new business opportunities;
- Analyze market data and developments:
- Maintain pricing levels in cooperation with the European teams;
- Prepare proper customer communications through mailings and publications.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in airline cargo sales, operations or customer service
- Strong working knowledge of airlines and international airfreight industry
- Knowledge of CHAMP CargoSpot System is desirable
- Superb communication and client management skills
- Sensitive to confidential data and numbers
- Proven success record in setting and achieving goals
- Demonstrable ability to work independently
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Systems
- Fluency in local languages is an advantage
- Must have the permanent legal right to live and work in the European Union
- Strong working knowledge of airlines and international airfreight industry
