Cargo Sales Support Officer

Role Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who would like to start their career with our Cargo team at Schiphol Airport. The main objective of this position is to optimize the use of available capacity, with the highest possible revenue in mind

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Responsibilities
- Answer customers’ enquiries, handle customers bookings and e-booking requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to manage capacity in order to maximize flight revenue
- Coordinate with colleagues in the Cargo team to provide customer-centric solutions to customers
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with stakeholders from all sales channels for revenue generation purposes
- Champion Cathay products and provide excellent and consistent product solutions to customers
- Support the Cargo Sales Support Executive and Cargo Manager to implement programmes on e-initiatives to drive penetration of e-Bookings and other Agent Self-Service functions
- Any other reasonable task as requested
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience in the air cargo business is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrable customer service sense
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office systems
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and in writing)
- Must have the permanent legal right to live and work in the European Union

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
