Brand Manager

Responsibilities

  • Formulate the strategies to ensure effective Brand Communications (Promotions) and Brand Services (Experiences) for the shopping malls
  • Lead the branding initiatives and promotional campaigns for the shopping malls, tenants, and events
  • Liaise closely with Property Management to implement and deliver the core Brand Messages to both Tenants and Shoppers
  • Manage and lead the CRM program of the shopping malls to improve overall footfall, in-mall sales, and brand experiences
  • Liaise with tenants and other external parties to create and implement new branding/marketing/sales campaigns
  • Design innovative branding and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and commercial benefits
  • Monitor market trends and formulate expansion plan and strategies for long-term growth and development

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Min. 5 years solid experience in branding, loyalty programmes and marketing activities in retail industry
  • Strong business acumen in analyzing marketing data, trends, making projection, developing and executing marketing plans, measuring effectiveness
  • Cross cultural background is preferred
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Working on weekends is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
