Responsibilities
-Engage the clients and the talents with your own industries
-Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidate to client interview to offer stage, multiple industries focused
-Build and Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively, ie. keep good relationships with HR managers, line managers and even company owners
-Research and identify new market opportunities.
-Provide consultancy service to both candidate and client on market trend, future development, salary range and candidate pool
-Identifying, developing and managing business relationships
-Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidate to client interview to offer stage, multiple industries focused
-Build and Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively, ie. keep good relationships with HR managers, line managers and even company owners
-Research and identify new market opportunities.

-Identifying, developing and managing business relationships
Requirements
-Degrees holder
-Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
-Have a global mindset
-2 years of working experience (from information technology, digital marketing or media agency will be an advantage)
-Fluency in English and Cantonese is a necessary
-Speaking fluent Mandarin will be a big plus
-Ambitious, motivated, able to cope with stressful situations and fast paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to work independently, optimistic and have high energy level
-Fresh Grad / Candidates have less relevant experience may be considered as Business Community Executive
-Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
-Have a global mindset
