Our Client is an investment company which is developing its catering business. Our Client invested in more than ten high-end and low-end restaurants and aims at creating a self-sufficient catering kingdom through the acquisition of food supply and logistics companies.
Investment Manager
Responsibilities
- Formulate annual and medium-to-long-term investment strategy. Complete the analysis of investment feasibility and draft up investment plan, implement post-investment risk control and establish an operation mode, and conduct project negotiations. Lead a team to conduct research compilation.
- Explore new business opportunities and lead a team to conduct market research on the investment projects and industries
- Organize a team to implement project screening and evaluation, which is based on the results of market research
- Participate in or lead investment projects, responsible for project investment agreements, project signing and implementation;
- Responsible for external relations with enterprises, such as government departments, industry associations, investment target enterprises, banks and other financial institutions;
- Monitor and manage investment projects, and handle major unforeseen issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Familiar with national laws, regulations and policies, and pay attention to the introduction of new national policies;
- Familiar with investment process and investment knowledge;
- Keen market insight, able to grasp market opportunities, predict and control risks;
- Act decisively
- Good logical thinking skills and financial analysis skills;
- Strong business negotiation skills;
- Team building ability, able to build a cohesive team;
- Able to communicate and coordinate the internal affairs.
