They aim to build a full-fledged technology platform for the capital market based on AI, Blockchain and other cutting-edge technologies. They are currently inviting high calibre professionals to join as Responsible Officer SFC Type 7.

Responsible Officer (Type 7)

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Assist the license application with Hong Kong Securities and Future Commission (the “HKSFC”) submitted by the company, including but not limited to the communication with the HKSFC and the preparation for the replies in response to the queries raised by the HKSFC.
• Act as the responsible person (RA1 & RA7) and/or other executive roles of the company upon the appointment or delegation by the Company.
• Monitor the operation and business activities of the company as defined under Type 1 and Type 7 Regulated Activities; and
• Other than the aforesaid duties, support matters of the company, including but not limited to fund-raising, market development and any other matter designated by the Board of the Directors from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline.
• SFC Responsible Officer license holder for Type 7 regulated activities.
• 3 years relevant working experience in trading for secondary market.
• Good knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency or virtual asset. 
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control.
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Salary

• HKD 70,000 - 80,000
