What you’ll be doing

• Design beautiful and innovative features for both our company website and GrowthSpot the product
• Collaborate with world-class developers to tackle problems and new ideas on a daily basis
• Create visual designs for web and mobile applications
• Work alongside the product team to conduct user experience testing
• Participate in user validation research for existing products
• Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling graphics for marketing campaigns
• Support graphics design needs for sales and marketing materials materials
• Design for conversion optimised web pages and landing pages
• Create mockups for website A/B testing and other UX improvements
• Prepare graphic banners for our larger merchants

Who we are looking for

• A portfolio of exceptional, innovative design work, including self-started projects
• Great design presentation and communications skills, ability to walk through design thinking to storytelling
• Excellent visual and user focused design skills
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar tools
• Knowledge wireframing and tools (e.g. Balsamiq, paper and pen)
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS would be a huge plus.
• Curious and passionate about technology and new products
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Fresh graduates will be considered
