What you’ll be doing

• Take full responsibility to lead the digital service department and growing team
• Set up and enhance processes, systematic workflows, and training programs for the team
• Establish healthy and positive relationship with clients with goodwill and solid business advice
• Perform one-to-one informal client check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
• Listen and understand client needs with empathy and design thinking techniques to take brief
• Meet potential clients and prepare digital solution proposals that drives digital performance
• Grow and manage our portfolio of clients and key accounts
• Host and lead strategy and planning meetings with clients and in-house teams regularly
• Set goals and define KPIs for different development stages for clients and projects
• Lead and work cross-functionally with the team to deliver solutions and results for our clients
• Generate solid digital growth ideas and campaign suggestions for clients and internal team
• Be a supporting mentor for new on-boarding teammates with training and development support
• Formulate quarterly plan and milestones for the areas that you own
• Enhance client servicing internal workflow and standard to the next level
• Maintain clean and clear financial profit and loss tracking and accounting record of the team

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 6+ years of digital performance marketing experience
• Good Knowledge in e-commerce and account servicing industry is preferred
• Experience in building up processes and managing P&Ls in agency team is a plus
• Experience in data analytics, digital advertising and SEO preferred
• Omnichannel marketing expertise with specific proficiency in digital marketing
• Experience leading client engagements with cross-team integrated solutions
• Excellent team management and system thinking skills
• Great leadership with good communication and mentoring skills
• Able to work and lead in a self-directed capacity and people-driven approach
• Strong willingness to learn, fast learner and self driven
• Highly adaptive in fast moving and changing environment
• Fully responsible for results with strong ROI driven mindset
• Good command of Chinese and English is a must
• Degree holder is a must

Salary

• HKD 30,000-40,000 + performance commission
