About the Job
- Works with the management team to understand the company vision and formulate product(s) strategy, roadmaps, and product lifecycles.
- Engage customers to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer and industry direction, and execute strategy.
- Balances user needs with business goals, questioning and validating assumptions, and ensuring budgets are met and ROI is calculated and delivered.
- Maintains a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company and leverages that knowledge to develop strategies for growth.
- Identifying and filling product gaps, determining and documenting feature requirements
About the Person
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a software environment.
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Good communication skills in the Cantonese, English, Mandarin languages in order to communicate with management and colleagues
- Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Major in Information Management, Computer Science, Translate or Art is a big plus
