Responsibilities
-Support the Terminal Operation & Government Facilitation Team in operational planning, review service gaps and work promptly with passenger handling agents / airlines / service contractors to devise and execute service enhancement initiatives
-Conduct market research, analyze and prepare reports to facilitate project planning and strategy formulation
-Coordinate with airlines / passenger handling agents (PHAs) for implementation of self check-in service (e.g. deployment of iCUSS and Common Self Bag Drop) and liaise with cross-departments, consultants and contractors on matters relating to check-in operations and self check-in projects.
-Monitor day-to-day service contractors' service delivery, on-going administration and performance monitoring of operations according to the prescribed standards and work with service contractors for operation readiness for airline's launch of CSBD operation at HKIA
-Handle and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
-Coordinate, supervise events and work projects within HKIA in an organized manner
-Assist in formulating and monitoring business and budget plans to ensure achievement of planned objectives and financial targets
-Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
-Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed, associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ working experience will also be considered
-Associate degree or higher diploma holder or secondary education level with at least 2 years’ working experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
-Preferably with hands-on operation experience in airport or sizeable organizations
-A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem solving, organization skills and able to work independently and under pressure
-Competent PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
-Associate degree or higher diploma holder or secondary education level with at least 2 years’ working experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
-Preferably with hands-on operation experience in airport or sizeable organizations
