Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Assist in managing works contractors, prepare tender documents and provide advice on technical and quality issues related to enhancement and revamp works
-Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the works are conducted in safe and efficient manner, with minimal impact on daily airport operations and completed on time
-Ensure new installations are in compliance with the latest design codes and practices, the Authority’s requirements and relevant statutory requirements
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree Holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in design, construction and/or project management of E&M works
-Solid experience in airport works and/or sizable electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
-Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
-Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
-Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1 & 2) is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
