Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Assist in supervision / management of Quality Assurance / Quality Control. Coordinate with project team and contractor to ensure quality procedures are fully implemented;
-Assist in conducting audits and preparing Quality Audit Reports;
-Assist in conducting internal surveillance checks and preparing reports on various contracts and project teams;
-Prepare and update audit schedules and table / summaries;
-Coordinate with project teams and contractors for implementation of SnagR and Aconex practice notes;
-Coordinate with project teams and contractors for test reports to ensure project team maintains updated record of material test reports

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
-At least 6 years' relevant experience;
-Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies;
-Experience in the management of civil / building works;
-Proven practical experience in project quality management, including auditing, is an advantage;
-Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills;
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
-Proficient in MS Office applications, Aconex and project management software tools
-At least 6 years' relevant experience;
-Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies;
