Responsibilities
● Provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors in Grade A shopping mall and office tower
● Handle general enquiries and complaints of shoppers and tenants
● Ensure smooth daily operation of Customer Service Centres and Hotline Service
● Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
● Diploma holder or above
● Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
● Candidates with relevant experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
● Fresh Graduate will also be considered
● Proficiency in MS Office computer skills
