Senior Officer, Aviation Logistics - (230774)
Responsibilities
-To support on the on-going service issues and incidents handling and coordination of the community digital platform of Hong Kong air cargo industry
-To receive and answer calls and enquiries from the community users, issue log maintenance and update
-To coordinate and execute on the follow through investigation of the incidents through information gathering and evidence check from various sources
-To prepare investigation report and summary as needed by the management
-To support on ad hoc service enquiries and customer cases
-To review on the KPI performance of the service providers
-To participate in the Work Improvement Team initiative for continuous improvement
-To assist in the briefing and training materials preparation and update
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in Logistics and Air Freight industry in customer facing role of customer service and account management, knowledge on system application as related to supply chain or logistics is an added advantage
-Basic knowledge on platform applications is an advantage
-Analytical, good common sense, strong problem solving skills
-Meticulous and persistent
-Target driven and result-oriented
-Self-starter, quick learner, innovative with can-do attitude
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in both English and Chinese)
