Senior Administrator

Who we are looking for:

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
• Directly report to the General Manager.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support for the R&D Centre.
• Manage internal projects and ITF projects such as handle income receipt and payment.
• Handle staff recruitments and termination matters.
• Consolidate and update all data reports for Senior Management.
• Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
• Bachelor Degree from any disciplines with 4 years of relevent experience.
• Mature, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties.
