With the commitment of transforming lives, caring for people and making disciples, we are currently operating over 80 social services units, 36 schools and education centre, 17 corps (churches) and 1 outpost, and 15 Family Stores in Hong Kong and Macau. There are offices in Yunnan Province and Sichuan Province for community development in these provinces.
Responsibilities
Respond to and ensure the fulfillment of Education Bureau (EDB) policy requirements;
Work with Pre-School Group Leads to provide coordination and administrative support;
Responsible for research and curriculum development of pre-schools;
Enhance the professionalism of pre-schools by organizing staff development programme;
Promote the brand and establish rapport with stakeholders with effective marketing
strategies;
Facilitate communication between pre-schools and the head office;
Perform other duties as assigned by Educational Services Director.

Requirements
An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army;
Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Science or related disciplines with at least 4 years of post-degree experience in education, research and marketing; or Higher
Diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least 8 years of educational experience;
Experience in research and curriculum development is advantageous;
Sound knowledge about pre-school education system and related government policies of
Hong Kong;
Track record in pre-school education and special educational needs would be
advantageous;
Demonstrate good teamwork and also be able to work independently with good
analytical skills;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
