Responsibilities
● To assist Senior Tenancy Service Manager to provide quality tenancy service to the tenants, and to supervise the customer service team
● To handle administrative works of Tenancy Service Team and prepare correspondence, reports, circulars and notices, etc.
● To pay courtesy visits to the tenants regularly and take care of their needs
● To assist in arranging and organizing activities / events for the tenants
● To monitor fit-out and reinstatement works of tenants
● To coordinate with Technical Team on repairing and maintenance requirements
● To handle enquiries, complaints and accident cases of tenants
● To act as the key contact person of designated tenants for all relevant tenancy matters
● To handle administrative works of Tenancy Service Team and prepare correspondence, reports, circulars and notices, etc.
● To pay courtesy visits to the tenants regularly and take care of their needs
● To assist in arranging and organizing activities / events for the tenants
● To monitor fit-out and reinstatement works of tenants

Requirements
● Degree / Diploma in Property Management / Marketing / Hospitality or equivalent academic qualifications
● 2 years’ experience in managing prestigious commercial buildings or hotels
● Proficiency in MS Office application
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
● Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
