The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, attend joint inspections and meetings with clients, MAINTAIN good customer relations. The role also involves sites operations control, handle requests and complaints from customer. Connected duties include liaising with different sites for the collection and dissemination of messages and documents.
- Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year working experience in administration duties in sizable organisations
- Experience in cleaning services or property management industry is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Must be efficient, detail-minded, hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude
- Able to work under pressure and work independently
- Proficient in PC skills such as Micosoft applications & Chinese word processing
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Operations Support Officer
