Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the development of VIP Lounge’s related systems such as booking system, point of sale (POS) system, baggage arrival matching system
- Coordinate and support the service and operation development of both Government VIP Lounge and HKIA VIP Lounge, such as food and beverage, catering service, valet parking and in-lounge purchase
- Assist in procurement matters of both Government VIP Lounge and HKIA VIP Lounge, including catering service, porter service, driver service, flower and other decorative items
- Other administration and customer service related duties assigned by the Authority
