Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support to maintenance teams of Technical Services Systems (TSS) and Technical Services Infrastructure (TSI) Departments in Airport Asset Management Systems (AAMS)
- Collaborate with Information Technology Department in troubleshooting and problem solving of AAMS
- Act as system administrator of AAMS to maintain master data, perform configuration and monitor system performance
- Collect user requirements on AAMS new features and participate in AAMS enhancement projects
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to review and comment the Asset Register submission from Projects and Capital Works Department followed by maintaining the Asset Code Specification for asset code structure changes
- Extract data from various corporate systems to perform analysis and produce monthly budget and expenditure reports generation
- Assist maintenance teams in Tenant’s Requested Works and Recovery Expenses by preparing supporting documents for FAD to issue invoices

Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting and Finance or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Application Administration and Support or Accounting and Reporting. Degree holder with 1 year’s relevant working experience will also be considered
- Experience in financial systems, asset management systems or application development is preferred
- Experience in IBM Maximo, Oracle E-business Suite and data analytic platform is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
