Talent Acquisition Officer (2-year Contract)

Highlight
The Jobholder is responsible for supporting recruitment administration and co-ordination for our operations employees (specifically our pilots and simulator instructors). The jobholder may be required to conduct interviews and administer other selection activities.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Operations team and manage the day-to-day logistics associated with assessment and interview process for our operations role (including but not limited to cadet pilots, direct entry pilots, and simulator instructors)
- Arrange interviews and assessments, follow up with candidates through multiple channels
- Invigilate computer based assessment and conduct screening of test results
- Work closely with Flight Operations (FOP) administrator on scheduling of interviews
- Maintain up to date interview schedule on share point
- Update candidate’s application status in Talent Link
- Prepare candidate’s profile for interview
- Answer general enquiries from candidates via the flight crew recruitment inbox
- Coordinate recruitment activity for all applicable overseas hire
- Work closely with AVMED (Aviation Medical) on scheduling of pre-employment medical check
- Assist in preparing recruitment statistics
- Participate in job fairs to promote pilot opportunities at Cathay
- Participate in HR / talent acquisition projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Graduate opportunity, 1-2 years’ experience in an HR or talent acquisition role advantageous
- Previous exposure to high volume recruitment advantageous
- Experience working with an applicant tracking / eRecruit platform advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
