Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor, lead and manage an Internal Audit team in one of Airport Authority’s subsidiaries - Aviation Security Company Limited (AVSECO) - in conducting multi-disciplinary internal audits and providing actionable recommendations for cost-effective and efficient performance improvements
- Work closely with management to perform regular risk assessment on AVSECO to develop a balanced audit plan covering high risk operation areas of AVSECO
- Lead the team in providing advisory on top of quality assurance services
- Liaise with senior management team and contribute towards the promulgation of best practices on corporate governance and risk management

Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or any related discipline
- Professional qualifications in related disciplines are preferred
- Minimum 8 years’ related experience in leading/performing multi-disciplinary internal audits in sizable organizations, with auditing experience at managerial level highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge in financial & risk management and contract management.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and report writing skills
- A dedicated team player with strong business orientation, people management skills and communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, meticulous and ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
