Responsibilities
-Provide project support to different phases of project development, such as on-site testing, data verification and reconciliation
-Provide operational support to the continuous development and enhancement of projects, such as actual performance monitoring, fault rectification tracking
-Coordinate with internal and external business partners on project testing, special operational handling, training, etc.
-Provide logistical support to various visits and demonstrations to showcase technology applications at HKIA
-Manage house-keeping records and databases to enable effective information track and trace
-Provide support on procurement exercises and financial processing
-Provide administrative support to the team, such as issuance of Airfield circular and community staff instructions, prepare for amendment or issuance of procedures or manuals, and facilitate document circulation

Requirements
-Degree holder in Aviation, Airport Management, Transportation, Logistics, Business Management or related disciplines with minimum 1 year's work experience
-Competent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Good team player with proactive attitude
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
-Possession of valid HK Driving License with Class 1 is preferred
