Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the merchandising team to meet business targets, establish relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan and implement business penetration, development and sustain customer loyalty strategies
- Monitor sales performance against budget/ target/ competitors and develop new business
- Liaise with both internal and external parties in order to achieve sales objectives and drive sales growth on production schedule and time delivery
- Design and implement channel strategies initiatives that target business and open niche markets
- Provide professional knowledge and suggestion on product needs to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sales.
- Provide solutions to the team upon critical issues
- Evaluate the analyze market trend and performance of the markets
- Identify, explore and expand new business opportunities of sales growth
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
- Degree Holder or above in Clothing, Textiles or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of impressive sales record in garment manufacturing industry
- Strong sense of business model and market trend in China
- With strong connection with overseas buyers and suppliers
- Highly effective organizational, , multi-tasking and time management skills
- Self-motivated, energetic team player, aggressive and result-oriented
- Strong leadership, business sense, good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to deal with clients
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Stationed / Frequent travel to PRC is required
