Communication & Control Engineer - (220769)
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support and project management for various electronic systems works such as Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System, Access Control System (ACS), Trunked Mobile Radio (TMR) System, Public Address (PA) System, Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS), Car Park & Vehicle Access Control System (CPVACS) and Digital Display Systems
- Manage project implementation and works contracts, and supervise the consultants and contractors
- Review submission, method statement, design drawings, O&M manual and final as-constructed drawing
- Identify design and construction issues and liaise with operation, engineering and maintenance teams to provide effective solutions
- Prepare tender documents and drawings for electronic systems works
- Ensure new installations comply with the latest design codes and practices, the Authority’s requirements and relevant statutory, environmental and safety requirements
- Plan and control budgets and works contracts’ expenditure
- Manage project implementation and works contracts, and supervise the consultants and contractors

Requirements
- Degree holder in Electronic / Electrical / Control / Information Technology Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience in large scale electronic, control systems project and maintenance
- Professional qualification in Electronic / Electrical / Control / Information Technology Engineering or other related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and hard-working
- Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Professional qualification in Electronic / Electrical / Control / Information Technology Engineering or other related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and hard-working
- Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
