Senior Officer, Retail Portfolio - (220722)
Responsibilities
- Assist in market studies and preparation of showsuites and marketing collaterals for Terminal 2/ Terminal 2 Concourse retail portfolio
- Support implementation of leasing and tender/ negotiation strategy to achieve desired trade-mix and maximize revenue
- Provide efficient leasing support in tendering process, document preparation, letter correspondences, takeover and handover of premises etc.
- Coordinate fit-out works including inaugural meetings, permit applications, site inspections, liaison with various stakeholders and monitoring of work progress etc.
- Perform daily property management duties including monitoring of licensees’ performances, reports compilation, enquiries handling, etc.
- Stay current on market intelligence and maintain good relationship with business partners
- Any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management or other related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sizeable organizations
- A good team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
