Senior Officer, HR Relationship Management - (220536)
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management and HR administrative support to the designated divisions/departments
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and HR record administration
- Prepare and consolidate various HR reports and analysis for management review
- Assist in the employee relations, annual exercise and ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in HR operations preferably with sizable organization
- Well-versed with employment related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong
- Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HRMS & Taleo Recruitment System would be a definite advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attentive to details and able to work independently with initiative
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in HR operations preferably with sizable organization
