Senior Operation Officer, Smart Airport - (220764)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of digital platforms and support in digital product design as well as project execution for new digital initiatives
- Work across different stakeholders to transform business requirements into actionable items to product development team
- Work with IT on user stories, to define acceptance criteria and design test cases
- As the focal point with stakeholders and support the team, to ensure the solutions are in excellent performance and are provided with quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure quality project management implementation and on-time delivery
- Responsible for incident investigation and follow up with stakeholders to ensure proper fix/ workaround is in place in a timely manner
- Conduct UAT to make sure deliverables meets acceptance criteria
- Conduct researches on suitable technology for digital services deliverables
- Compile and analyze relevant statistical reports, handle customer feedback and other supporting works to the team
- Work across different stakeholders to transform business requirements into actionable items to product development team

Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Business, Digital Marketing or related areas
- Minimum 3 years' solid work experience with technical background on digital services / experience design/ platforms will be an advantage
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative, open minded and able to adapt to changes
- Detail oriented and have a high quality assurance mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 3 years' solid work experience with technical background on digital services / experience design/ platforms will be an advantage
