Responsibilities
- Lead a team of building management staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operation of the commercial building
- Ensure the operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures at supervising area
- Responsible for the staff planning, roster and launch related training plan
- Prepare and monitor building management annual budgets and expenses
- Maintain good relationship with tenants
- Handle service requests, complaints and contingencies effectively
- Perform ad hoc project assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree holder of Property Management or related discipline
- 7 years relevant working experience with 3 years at supervisory level (experience in building takeover is highly appreciated)
- Conversant with BMO and related ordinances
- Holder of HKIH / CIH / RPHM is an advantage
- Strong leadership abilities with integrity and passion for excellence
- A good team player with "Can-do" attitude, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
