Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services. Other duties include overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for properties.
Requirements
Degree with 3 years or Higher Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience in Building Surveying / Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial buildings
Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings
Good communication in both English and Chinese
Knowledge of PC operations
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer
