Responsibilities
he successful candidate will report to the Head of PMO & Delivery in Information Technology Department and work with various IT teams to lead efforts in infrastructure enhancement in the organization, provide relevant suggestions to drive business values and execute IT projects. Major duties include prioritizing IT demands and proposing project roadmaps that align with company and IT strategic objectives, leading the creation of business cases, budget plan and project charter for seeking project authorization, as well as directing, managing and monitoring project works with proper control of schedule, scope, cost and quality.



He/She will engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels with appropriate communication mode and cadence in formulating project scope, requirements, and schedule.

He/She will identify project risks, propose mitigation plan and monitor risk status, handle project changes and exceptions according to governance procedures, and ensure smooth transition to operation and delivered benefit is sustainable upon project closure.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, in which at least 5 years of experience in digital/IT project management and vendor management
- PMP certified or with project experience in infrastructure and cloud implementation is an advantage
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of stakeholders
- Good analytical skills, detail-minded and organized
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
