Highlight
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting to manage a portfolio of quality retail properties. He/ She will assist the manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration for shopping malls and retail properties. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and strategic planning of trade-mix, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of daily administration and ad hoc duties.
Responsibilities
- University degree or related professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
- Experience in retail leasing practice with strong negotiation skill
- Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
- Proactive, customer oriented and good networking with retailers and restaurant operators
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good analytical and computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer
