Clerk / Senior Clerk (Planning and Development) (SPSL)

Highlight
The successful candidate shall provide general administration supports to the team including but not limited to document filing, data input and work order handling, etc. The clerk is also required to coordinate with suppliers / contractors and ensure purchase order and works order are properly placed and followed. Ad-hoc outdoor work is needed.
Responsibilities
- Non-degree Tertiary
- 2 years relevant experience
- Responsible, good problem-solving and interpersonal skills, hardworking and self-motivated
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Out-going and able to work under pressure independently
- Knowledge of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese is necessary
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Clerk
