Responsibilities
- As the Project Manager (PM) to oversee and manage the implementation programme of the IT projects as well as to review and implement necessary enhancements during the defects liability period
- Act as project leader for the system setup, design principle, system maintenance and support provisioning
- Smoothen system deployment, testing and rollout of individual release to reduce the overall turnaround time
- Manage key stakeholders (including the Programme Steering Committee) and multiple vendors for system integration to ensure the business requirements are technically feasible and ensure the new portal has smooth system integration with other HKIA systems and achieve good performance
- As the PM to manage the overall system design and consistency to ensure the programme is under control to meet the scope and project schedule
- Review the security design of the system and multiple system interfaces to ensure the compliance with the Authority's IT Information Security Policy
- Plan and manage overall programme, site preparation, UAT, bug fix and acceptance activities
- Work closely with vendors and IT backend support teams for overall technical design and resolve project issues
- Manage and monitor the vendors’ performance for carrying out the project works

Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in which 3 years project experience in implementation of platform projects. Substantial experience in overall project management in system, platform or software deployment is preferred.
- Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and / or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification is preferred
- Excellent project and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of video analytics, CCTV, access control system and related solutions
- Working experience in aviation industry and in implementation of open platform is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and / or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification is preferred
