Responsibilities
- Report to CFO
- Responsible for monthly consolidation, statutory and management reporting of the group
- Prepare financial and business analysis including valuation analysis & costing analysis, etc
- Work with various stakeholders to assist in driving changes to reporting procedures across the group
- Develop and formulate effective financial/accounting policies and internal control procedures, sufficient provisions to improve operational efficiency
- Engage in process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiencies of finance operations
- Perform ad hoc project as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with professional qualifications in HKICPA/ CPA
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in accounting and financial management preferably in big 4 / Hong Kong listed companies
- Hands on experience in handling consolidation, statutory financial reporting requirements as well as listing rules
- Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and good sense of judgment
- Proficient user in MS Office, especially in Excel Spreadsheet
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Occasionally travel is also required
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
