Responsibilities
- Manage Aerodrome licensing related documentations, including but not limited to publication & distribution of Aerodrome Manual & Airport Operations Manual, issuance of Airfield Circulars, sourcing & purchasing of technical publications, publishing AD SOPs, following up & collecting regular updates of Franchisee I Licensee's SOPs
- Upkeep the contents and regency of the Technical Library as per Aerodrome Licensing Requirements
- Provide administrative support for communications with CAD Airport Standards Division, such as issuance of Daily Report, arrangements for Aerodrome Licensing's review meetings, the 4 annual system audits on AD operations & accident / incident investigation panel meetings
- Coordinate with 16 Franchisees / Licensees for the annual Franchisee audits
- Assist in issuance of physical copies of Airside Vehicle Licences & Airfield Operator's Certificates
- Act as backup invigilator for Airside Driving Endorsement Examination
- Administer the training database for AD & provide logistic support for AD training courses

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 1 year work experience preferably in airport companies
- Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Competent PC skills - MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
