Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in the cargo franchise management, e.g. franchise administration tasks, regular franchisee performance review meetings, operational KPIs review and improvement
- Coordinate and work with various stakeholders to enhance cargo operation processes, handle contingencies and support HKIA cargo development strategies
- Provide administrative support in the audit of terminal charge concession subsidy scheme
- Responsible for contractor and operation management of HKIA truck park
- Assist in stakeholder engagement to promote the use of HKIA Cargo Data Platform
- Coordinate and work with various stakeholders to enhance cargo operation processes, handle contingencies and support HKIA cargo development strategies

Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics or any related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years' related experience, preferably in aviation industry (e.g. cargo terminals, airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handling operators, etc.)
- Good team player, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good planning, organization and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Minimum of 3 years' related experience, preferably in aviation industry (e.g. cargo terminals, airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handling operators, etc.)
