Reports to: Global Sales Strategy and Enablement Manager
Salesforce is a key sales enabler that serves as an important source of commercial truth for Cathay’s global sales teams. We are looking for a dynamic, commercial and strategic sales innovator to join our Global Sales Strategy and Enablement team. The successful candidate will be tasked to drive our Salesforce strategy and implementation throughout our global sales network. This position will be responsible for driving global adoption by working closely with sales teams around the world to understand their needs which will lead to enhancements of the platform. This position will lead a team and work closely with our IT and development teams to understand the commercial and technical requirements of the processes and find innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
- Act as chief product owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM used by CX’s sales teams), responsible for maintaining and prioritising the product backlog, developing solutions, identifying and mitigating risks, testing and collect feedback to drive further innovation
- Manage technical and architecture design for owned platforms
- Work with vendors and partners to define requirements and solutions for tools and training
- Work closely with local sales teams on annual sales plans and performance goals in line with Head Office objectives and drive ports to meet or exceed those targets
- Drive adoption and usage of acquired tools and training, and devise improvements that can be delivered to business
Requirements
- Strong project management skills, experience in agile project management is a plus
- Proven track record of ability to work with IT teams on projects of B2B / B2C online product development and delivery
- Communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence internal stakeholders as well as external clients
- Proven commercial acumen - numerate, analytical and result-oriented
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Cantonese / Mandarin would be an advantage
